Teachers of bilingual students are looking for ways to tap into their students' rich background experiences and funds of knowledge to succeed in the classroom and beyond. In this keynote address, John Seidlitz, author of 7 Steps to a Language-Rich, Interactive Classroom will share effective, powerful ways to inspire bilingual students. He will share research and stories about ways to connect with our students’ various cultures and backgrounds, and convey empowering messages.
