English Language Learners are often labeled because of their number one asset- their language ability. When determining if a student is twice exceptional there are some questions to ask and some considerations when delivering instruction. In this presentation, we will investigate needs of English Language Learners and we will consider the kind of support English Language Learners need and considerations for identifying ELs that may be twice exceptional.
